As part of our ongoing knowledge sharing and support we wanted to highlight the most recent report from McKinsey on HR operating models. McKinsey’s People and Organizational Practice have produced an interesting report on the current state of HR operating models. Having interviewed over 100 CHRO’s they have pulled together 8 models – this is not anything mind-blowingly new, it does however sum up the most used methods and provides some useful thinking.
